Will someone be present at Offsite to help with questions?


Yes. There is someone on site in case you have questions, issues, or need assistance.




Will there be access to a free parking lot?


Yes. There is parking located across the street from the building.




Can someone help me setup a presentation?


Of course. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to utilize the TV, and we will make sure everything is setup to your liking.




Can I book Offsite for a recurring schedule?


Yes! Please contact us at schedule@offsiteokc.com to discuss options.




Is it noisy?


We are connected to Tower Theatre, but you will be surprised how quiet the space is.




Can I use Offsite after normal business hours?


Yes, you can book Offsite for happy hours, dinners, or other events.




Do you offer a membership?


Yes we do. Please check out our membership options!




Are there any additional fees?


Never. We only like good surprises.




Can you help me make an event extra special?


Of course! We want to make your experience with Offsite unforgettable (in a good way). Please reach out at schedule@offsiteokc.com with any special request. We will do our best to make magic happen for you.




What if I need to cancel?


We understand things come up and you might need to reschedule your session. If you need to change a booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We do not offer refunds, but we do allow for you to use your credit for another booking based on availability.




Can I add something specific to my visit like a meeting facilitator or group catering?


Yes. Add-ons such as these can be seamlessly integrated into your meeting. Simply let us know which ones you would like to include upon booking your meeting. Let us know if there is anything you need even if you do not find it listed.
